Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all medical insurance activities and processes
- Serve as the primary liaison between the medical professionals and insurance teams
- Review and evaluate insurance claims to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide expert advice on complex medical case assessments
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and insurance teams
- Assist in the training and development of junior staff members
Skills & Experience
- Medical degree with a valid license to practice
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical field, preferably in an insurance context
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret medical records accurately
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
